Ellen is a young, enthusiast, Belgian designer who loves artisanal craftmanship and likes to stand out of the ordinary. As since she was a teenager, she loved wearing big statement jewelry. With Ellen Debie Ceramics she wants to bring that trend back in a classy and sophisticated way, to make her audience feel stylish and confident. The brand focusses on quality, invests in a conscious production process and wants to deliver a unique and trendy, yet sustainable and timeless product.
It all started during the first COVID lockdown, while her kids were busy playing with playdoh, she started experimenting making jewelry out of polymer clay. Not long after that she fell in love with porcelain during ceramic classes and soon became a member of the atelier to experiment more.
The result: porcelain statement earrings in curved shapes and earthy tones.
While porcelain may be an unexpected material for jewelry, it means every piece is carefully handmade and therefore carries a unique identity of color, texture and shape. Being a time-consuming process, it forces her to slow down and enjoy every step.

All pieces are made out of white porcelain, colored with stains and glaze and put together with gold plated/filled pieces by Ellen herself. The earrings are very thin and lightweight so therefor very comfortable to wear.
